We will then send you an Expression of Interest form to complete and ask that you send to us the required additional documents. We require a copy of the birth certificate, the most recent school report, and if applicable, a copy of an Individual Learning Plan.
From here we are able to establish contact and complete a referral form with you either over the phone or via email.
Once the referral form has been completed, and you meet the eligibility requirements to attend a special assistance school, we will invite you to attend an enrolment interview here at the school.
Depending on our wait list and the outcome of the enrolment interview, you will then be offered a position here at Carinity Education Southside and advised on the date you will be expected to commence school.
We are also happy to take prospective students/families/carers on school tours so that everyone is able to get a real sense of what the school is like and what we do here before making any decisions.
