Students from Carinity Education schools around Queensland commemorated ANZAC Day at school and public remembrance events on April 25.
Carinity Education Glendyne students, Eric and Leyah, accompanied by staff members Jade and Bec, represented our school at the ANZAC Day march held in Hervey Bay.
Eric proudly wore his great-grandfather’s military medals at the event.
Private Ronald Fleming served in the Australian Army during World War II.
He was stationed in New Guinea from 1943 to 1945.
