Do it for Dolly Day is a day for all Australians, especially our youth, to spread kindness and unite in breaking the silence around bullying.
On May 12, Carinity Education Gladstone wholeheartedly embraced this spirit of kindness in celebration of Dolly’s Dream.
The day was a resounding success, highlighting the importance of kindness, empathy and creating a safe and inclusive environment for our students.
Students and staff spent the day participating in activities that not only spread joy but also emphasised our culture of respect and understanding.
From friendly competitions such as tug of war and egg and spoon races to unleashing our creative spirits through friendship bracelet making, cupcake decorating and painting sessions.
Do it for Dolly Day echoes Carinity Education Gladstone’s belief in the power of unconditional positive regard and the importance of treating others with kindness, compassion, and empathy.
Through events like these we continue to build the foundations of understanding, nurturing and personal growth in our students.
